Public Investigations: From 8:00pm to 1:00am experience this historic location from a spookier point of view. This mansion was built in 1859 by Douglas and Eliza Putnam. It was a one of a kind build for for the area, and was known both as Putnam's Palace and Putnam's Folly, depending on your perspective. Eliza and Douglas were thrilled to build their forever home but they did not realize that this would also be the place they would spend their afterlife. Public investigations are $40 per person and includes tour at the start of the investigation.

Private Investigations: On select nights only, reserve the mansion for your own private investigation! From 8:00pm-2:00am the house will be yours to investigate. Bring your own ghost hunting equipment or borrow ours!

*Rate for 6 hour private investigation:  Flat fee of $500 for up to 8 people, any additional participants will be $65 per person. Each participant must sign a waiver of liability upon arrival. Includes a private tour of the mansion at 8pm.
